Selling Your Apartment

If you wish to sell your apartment/week(s), please complete a Seller's Registration Form and send this to the ITSO Service Office with copies of your Timeshare Certificate(s) and Service Agreement(s).

Prices

If you are uncertain about what price to ask for your apartment, please see the list of apartments for sale on the "Weeks For Sale" page and this will give you some guidance. We will be pleased to help with any queries and to give advice on pricing where we can.

Fees

There is a registration fee and, if sale is completed, Sales Commission is also payable. Please see the Seller's Registration Form for details.
